1. Booking
1.1. Registration Form: Complete a booking form. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days.
1.2. Booking Confirmation: We confirm by mail course, dates and price.
1.3. Payment: Documentary proof of payment
1.4. Booking Confirmation: On receipt of the booking form and payment we will send you a confirmation of the booking and reserve a place for you on the course.
2. Payment
2.1. To guarantee a place on a course full payment should be made at least 14 days prior to the start of the course.
2.2. Methods of payment: Bank Tranfer. The school should receive the full amount required, in euros, free of bank charges. If bank charges need to be paid by the school when the bank transfer is received, these charges will be added to the student’s invoice. Once a student has sent a bank transfer, they should notify the school of this, sending a copy of the bank transfer by mail, fax or e-mail, to the school.The School’s bank details are:
2.3. Fees: All fees are in EUR. Fees include all tuition, level tests, use of all academy facilities and resources and course materials. Examination fees are not included.
2.4. Refunds: No refund of fees will be made after the start of the course.
2.5. Group Bookings: Groups of 10 or more adults may qualify for group discounts.
3. Cancellation
3.1. Cancellation prior to the start of the course:
- Courses cancelled more than 21 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund minus an administration charge of €20.
- Courses cancelled between 21 and 14 days prior to the start of the course will be charged 25% of the course fee.
- Courses cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to the start of the course will be charged 50% of the course fee.
- Courses cancelled 7 days or fewer prior to the start of the course will receive no refund.
- Homestay accommodation cancelled more than 7 days before arrival will not be charged.
- Homestay accommodation cancelled fewer than 7 days before arrival will be charged one week’s fees.
- Students leaving their accommodation early must give at least two weeks’ notice. Any additional fees paid for after the two-week notice period will be refunded.
4. Insurance
4.1. We strongly advise that an insurance policy is taken out to cover reimbursement of course fees, travel, and repatriation should the need to cancel the course arise.
4.2. Cancellation Insurance:
- You may wish to take out cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your travel and/or fees should you decide you are unable to attend a course once you have booked.
- Kedaro International strongly advises all students take out a full travel insurance before their arrival.
- Full previous visa history and up to date passport must be given.
5. Students
5.1. Students requiring a visa:
- Students must be over 18 years old.
- An application form must be completed.
- Full previous visa history and up to date passport must be given.
- All students must complete an accurate medical form and inform Kedaro International of any physical or mental issues that may affect their learning.
- Students must update Kedar International with any changes to visa status, arrival times or other information that may affect the expected start date.
- It is the responsibility of the student to apply for the correct visa and submit the correct documents. Kedar International cannot be responsible for any visa refusal.
- All students must contact Kedar International at least 2 weeks before the start date agreed on their visa or offer letter. Failure to do so may result in the student losing their place at Kedaro International.
5.2. Students under 18:
- The minimum age for studying most adult Spanish and Foreign Language courses is 16.
- Where courses for under 16s are offered this will be made explicit in the course description.
- The parent or guardian with responsibility for the student under 18 gives permission for emergency medical treatment to be carried out if necessary. They will also allow the student to take part in organized excursions and engage in cultural and sporting activities.
- The parent or guardian will be asked to sign the booking form to accept these Terms and Conditions.
5.3. Obeying Rules: In case of gross misconduct, we reserve the right to expel any student, having given due notice to the parent/guardian in the case of students under 18. In the event of such expulsion, no refund of fees will be made by Kedaro International.
6. Accommodation
6.1. Accommodation: Payment for accommodation is made directly to Kedaro International. Terms and Conditions of the accommodation provider will apply.
